Seller Terms

Who these terms cover

These terms apply to artists and organizations who list products on Aniyo. Buyer rules are on the Terms page. By applying for a seller account you agree to these Seller Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Approval

Registration does not let you sell. Aniyo must mark the artist or organization active and verified. Until then you cannot sign in to sell and you cannot publish a product as active. Aniyo may refuse or later suspend an account that breaks these terms.

An organization can name members. Owners, admins, and managers can change organization records. A member who is only a member cannot.

Listings

You are responsible for the title, description, price, images, stock, and return rule on each product. A listing can be draft, active, or archived. Only an active listing from an approved seller can be bought. Keep stock accurate. The site holds stock only after the buyer's Razorpay payment is authorized.

Set a return rule of none, refund only, replacement only, or refund or replacement. The default is none, so buyers cannot open a return until you choose otherwise. If you enable returns and do not choose a window, the stored window is 7 days from delivery.

Acceptance and shipping

A paid order starts as an authorization. You must accept it within 24 hours. If you do not, the order is cancelled and the buyer's hold is released. No gateway fee is charged for that release.

When you accept, Aniyo captures the payment and your payout for that order becomes eligible. You must ship within 3 days of acceptance. If you do not, the order is cancelled, the buyer is refunded in full, and the Razorpay fee for that payment is deducted from your seller balance.

If the buyer cancels within one hour, including after you have accepted, the buyer is not charged a gateway fee. If you already caused the payment to be captured, that fee is deducted from you. If the buyer cancels after that hour and after capture, the buyer's refund is reduced by the gateway fee.

Prohibited items

Do not list anything illegal in India, or any of the following. The site does not automatically block every category, so you must follow this list yourself. Aniyo will remove a listing that breaks it.

• Counterfeit, pirated, or stolen goods, including fake merchandise.
• Goods that infringe another person's copyright or trademark.
• Weapons, explosives, and illegal drugs.
• Items that are unsafe, recalled, or not allowed to be sold by post.
• Personal data of other people, or accounts and passwords.

Intellectual property and takedown

You must have the right to sell what you list and to use the photos and text you upload. If a rights holder writes to the grievance officer on the Contact page with enough detail to find the listing, Aniyo will review it and can unpublish the product. Repeat infringement can lead to suspension. There is no separate automated takedown form in the software today. Email is the path.

Orders, shipping, and returns

When a buyer pays, you must pack and hand over the item so Shiprocket can collect or book it. You must honour the return rule you set. Buyers can cancel in the app before the shipment moves past the created stage. After delivery, a buyer may open a return for a wrong, damaged, or wrong-size item if your policy allows it. You or Aniyo approve or reject that request in the seller tools.

Commission

Aniyo charges a commission on each paid line. The commission is the configured rate multiplied by the listed price and the quantity. The software default is 10 percent. Aniyo Private Limited may set a different rate in server configuration. The rate that applies is the one in force when the order is priced. A promo code and the buyer's delivery charge are calculated separately. Your net is the amount after the buyer's discount, minus commission, plus any promo that the marketplace, rather than you, agreed to fund.

Payouts

You can request a payout of the available balance from your seller account. When RazorpayX is configured, Aniyo sends that payout to the bank details on your account through RazorpayX. You must give payout details that match your bank. Aniyo may refuse a payout that exceeds the available balance. If RazorpayX is not configured, a payout cannot be sent automatically. Ask support before you rely on a payout date. The software does not promise a fixed payout day.

Law

These seller terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have jurisdiction, except where the law says otherwise.
