Terms of Use

Last updated 21 October 2026. Aniyo is the store at aniyo.in.

Who we are

Aniyo Private Limited operates Aniyo, an online marketplace at aniyo.in. Artists and organizations list products. Buyers pay those sellers through the site. Aniyo provides the store, the checkout, and the tools around an order. Unless a page says a product is sold by Aniyo, the seller of that product is the artist or organization named on the listing.

These terms

These terms cover browsing, creating a buyer account, and placing an order. Sellers also accept the Seller Terms. The Privacy Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, and Shipping and Delivery Policy are part of this agreement. If you do not agree, do not create an account or place an order.

Accounts

You need an account to buy. You can register with your name, email, and a password, and an optional phone number. We email you a one-time code. You must enter that code before a password account can sign in. You can also sign in with Google. We then store the name, email, and Google account id Google shares with us, and we treat that email as verified.

You must give information that is true. Keep your password private. Buyer sign-in sessions are short. Tell us through the Contact page if you think someone else is using your account.

Listings and orders

A product can be bought only when the seller is approved and the listing is active, and only while it is in stock. Prices are shown in the currency on the listing. A promo code, if you apply one and it is valid, reduces the amount you pay. The delivery charge, if any, is added at checkout. Placing an order is an offer to buy those items from the named seller on these terms.

Payment

Payments are collected by Razorpay. Aniyo does not store your card number, UPI PIN, or net-banking password. We store the Razorpay order id and, after a successful payment, the Razorpay payment id.

Checkout gives you 30 minutes to pay. Until Razorpay confirms the payment, we do not reduce stock and we do not clear your cart. If payment is not confirmed in those 30 minutes, the order is cancelled. You can try again from your cart. Stock is held only after the payment is authorized.

An authorized payment is a hold, not a captured charge. You can cancel for free during the first hour. The seller has 24 hours to accept. Acceptance captures the payment. The seller then has 3 days to ship. If you cancel after capture, the refund is reduced by the payment gateway charge. Holds that are released, and refunds that are sent, usually appear with your bank in 5 to 7 business days. The Refund and Cancellation Policy states this in full.

Shipping, cancellation, and returns

Shipping is described on the Shipping page. Cancellation and refunds are described on the Refund page. Those pages match what the store actually lets you do.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site. Do not try to break into an account, scrape the site in a way that overloads it, post unlawful content, or use another person's payment method without their permission.

Liability

Listings are created by sellers. We review sellers before they can publish, but we do not inspect every item by hand. To the extent the law allows, Aniyo Private Limited is not liable for indirect losses. This does not limit any right you have under Indian consumer law that cannot be waived.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have jurisdiction, except where a law gives you the right to approach another forum, including a consumer forum. Contact us first using the Contact page. Our grievance officer is named there.
