Shipping and Delivery

Last updated 21 October 2026. Aniyo is the store at aniyo.in.

Who ships the order

Paid orders are shipped through Shiprocket. Shiprocket books a courier and assigns an airway bill. The order page shows the courier name, the airway bill, and a tracking link when those details exist. Delivery is to the address you entered at checkout.

When it ships

A shipment is created after the seller accepts the order. Acceptance captures the payment. We do not hand an unpaid or merely authorized order to the courier. The seller must ship within 3 days of acceptance. If they do not, the order is cancelled and refunded, and the seller bears the payment gateway fee. Delivery is then usually 5 to 10 business days from dispatch. The order page shows the courier's tracking events rather than a fixed date. A released payment hold or a refund usually appears with the bank in 5 to 7 business days.

Delivery charges

Any delivery charge is calculated at checkout and added to the total you pay Razorpay. Part of the shipping cost may be borne by the seller. The amount you pay is the delivery charge shown before you pay.

Tracking and delivery problems

Tracking moves through states such as created, airway bill assigned, in transit, delivered, or an exception. When the courier marks the parcel delivered, the order can be marked fulfilled. You can request a return only after that, and only if the product allows it. See the Refund page.

If tracking stops or the address is wrong, write to sparsh.lohana@gmail.com or use the Contact page. Include the order number. An address change after the airway bill is assigned may not be possible.

Where we deliver

We deliver to the Indian addresses the checkout form accepts and that Shiprocket can service. If a pin code cannot be served, checkout or the seller will not be able to complete the shipment. We do not ship to a place Shiprocket rejects.
